So I've blogged Dumbo recently, and then got onto trust yesterday. Talking to James this morning, I realised this bit of Disney magic characterises the Marketing 1.0 idea of trust...

Brilliant! The Kiss you before they screw you. I watched a program about Aushwitz last night - all the gas chambers were landscaped, orchestras played as people descended into the "showers"....
