Daniel Sobol sticks up for argument as an innovative process. He makes some good points. I agree with him about the importance of flattening hierarchy. I like to say that ideas don't like to travel uphill. And he has a good pushback on the idea that we can't just say yes to everything. "No, because" can be an interesting principle. Some of the most creative conversations happen when we find ways to respectfully explore where we don't agree or things don't seem quite right.
