Johnnie Moore's comment feed - a quick How To guide.

How I do a comments RSS feed.  This works for me, I hope it works for you but your mileage may vary!

In Movable Type, you need to go to Templates, specifically the Index Templates section.

In there, click the link "Create new index template"

Give the template a name, eg "Comment Feed"

Name the output file something like "commentfeed.xml"  (it should end in xml and not be the same as any existing template)

Paste the text below the asterisks into the Template Body pane, and save.

Make sure the checkbox "Rebuild this template automatically when rebuilding index templates" is selected

Click the rebuild button for this template.

That should create a feed with the name you specified.

(In Typepad, you can do something similar if you have the Pro account)
