That quote has been my favorite for many years...ironically, my job title is "Change Analyst" and I get a close-up view of how adjustments and variations to status quo can unravel certain individuals. I also enjoy the "I Ching"...it's worth having a look. Basically, I think if one can cope with change...one can survive. Being the 'fittest' is only a fraction of the story.
