I facilitated a Zoom exercise where participants silently alternated between looking at their screens and directly into their camera lenses, creating moments of genuine eye contact. The 30-45 second experiment revealed diverse reactions and rich learning. It exemplified my approach: small experiences can generate significant insights, with everyone learning something different.
