But how often when were trying to change someone’s thinking or behavior about something important to us (trying to get them to be where we are) do we stand steadfastly where we are repeatedly insisting they pray (insert your issue here) rather than looking at it from that person’s perspective, going where they are to start the conversation?

The whole thing is a good read, for facilitators and marketers.
