Tenneson Woolf writes some thoughts about how to create resiliency in groups. Some good ideas here. I’ve been reflecting in particular on these: letting go of “aloneness” and its sister:

Belonging — Presume connection until apprehended. With colleagues. With community. With purpose.

I that’s one I need to practice more!

I also liked Tim Merry’s aphorism:

Be yourself. Everybody else is taken.
