When someone makes a decision he is really diving into a strong current that will carry him to places he had never dreamed of when he first made the decision.

I like this. People are easily preoccupied with the idea of making a decision as if it’s all about creating certainty. What it’s more about embarking on an adventure? And if it is, are we looking to pressgang the crew or are we taking willing volunteers?
