I’m Johnnie Moore, and I help people work better together

Roman Krznaric’s RSA talk on the Six Habits of Highly Empathic People is great. One of things I like most is that it’s a charter for change which is profoundly democratic. To enact it you don’t need to seize the (often imaginary) levers of power or to persuade anyone of your world view. Unlike most “you-can-be-amazing” nostrums, it makes no narrow appeal to your individualism. It suggests that the most fun to be had is out in the space between us.

And there are some fantastic stories too.
