Adrian Segar has a great post pulling together a whole set of reasons why you shouldn’t jam pack meetings with activity. There’s a terrible workaholic ethic running through meetings that are packed with content, and seem to expect people to function at their best sat in chairs, often packed around anti-social cabaret tables or absurd rows of desks, in semi-darkness.
