Too bad it's not from the studio. Not that I have an issue with a well rendered fan site. Just waiting impatiently for big time marketers to "get it."

Why's it too bad, David? You'd better rethink marketing completely. Sanction will not always equal validity or effectiveness or the right way. This blog is a profitterole, nothing more. And how do we know it doesn't emanate from the dark side of the Lucas organization?

I'm not concerned with sanctioning or validity. I just want to see a major marketer do a character blog right. Of course, a fan, or "brand evangelist," can do it right. That's no surprise.
