Thank you for your kind comments, John. When I say 'experts', of course I mean all those twentieth-century types stuck with the idea that consumers are morons for them to target. There are good experts, too, and they're the ones preaching integrity, transparency and truth. Such as your good self. Those messages are worth listening to.
