Steve Faktor point out the most of the top 10 happiest jobs involve engaging the senses making a product or helping others. He warns against the downsides of the sedantary online life shuffling powerpoint slides – and in favour of moving and making things.

It makes loads of sense to me, and I certainly could do with applying the wisdom more in my own life.
