Viv lured me out to an improv show last night together with a few of those attending a gig we’re facilitating this week. I agree wholeheartedly with her reflection:

It provided a really clear contrast to some of the behaviours I sometimes see in workshops. Two things stood out – the physicality and the emotional content.
