Chris Lawer likes First Direct‘s new podcasts.

They are probably the only bank I know where customers would be willing to “listen in” to what it has to say. But the great thing about the new service is that the podcasts are not polished or crafted by some brand or PR agency and then delivered by a professional “talking head”. No, they are given by First Direct staff … directly..

Sounds like First Direct are ahead of the game, again.
